All services are provided based on agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables discussed with the client.
Engagement & Scope
Each project or monthly engagement will be defined by a mutually agreed scope of work. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines and additional fees.
Payment Terms
- Payments are due as per the agreed pricing and billing cycle.
- Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise specified.
- Delayed payments may result in a pause or delay in service delivery.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Revisions
We aim to deliver high-quality, insight-driven content. Reasonable revisions are included as part of the service.
However, excessive revisions or changes outside the original brief may be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.
Client Responsibilities
lients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information and inputs
- Reviewing and approving content in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with their internal and industry regulations
Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final approved content will be owned by the client.
RCM Lens retains the right to showcase completed work (without sensitive data) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. Any business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
No Guaranteed Results
While we focus on building visibility and credibility through strategic content, RCM Lens does not guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, revenue, or engagement metrics.
Limitation of Liability
RCM Lens shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with prior notice as agreed in the contract. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
